By the time a new product is ready for the market, it has already cost a lot of money: Development work, countless tests and hours of work. Hardly anyone has a monopoly these days. Therefore, the product launch has to be perfect!

A customised presentation case is both: an advertising space and transport protection. It can be directly integrated into the respective advertising strategy. This was also the case for our customer. A unique packaging was needed for the worldwide product launch of a new fan series.

Customer requirement:

In addition to visual aspects, the customer also had many other requirements for the presentation case. After all, they even developed their own advertising strategy. The case should therefore

  • look valuable and unique,
  • offer flexibility,
  • have space for accessories
  • and above all be stable.

When field staff are working all over the world, the case has to withstand a lot and protect the sample inside as well as possible.

bwh solution:

The development team at bwh Spezialkoffer has therefore adapted the aluminium-frame case Supreme AES to the dimensions of the fan. Embedded in customised foam, it cannot slip and be damaged while travelling. Accessories and brochures find space in the integrated lid pocket.The advertising message is printed directly on the inside and outside. A recognition effect is therefore given.

Even if the case is “only” a small part of the product development process, it still ensures that the whole presentation is harmonious. After all, the investments have to be recouped as quickly as possible. Moreover, the sample should still look perfect after many customer presentations.

The presentation case has proven itself in worldwide use.
