The secrets of a suitcase are only fully revealed when the lid is opened to reveal the inside. Order or chaos is then the question. To ensure that order prevails right from the start and that everything is safe and protected in the right place, bwh Koffer offers its customers a large selection of different foam inserts and inlays for the interior. Different qualities of foam are available depending on requirements and wishes, and antistatic and electrically conductive foam inserts are also available as an option.

Precisely fitting foam inserts for a secure hold

Products, personal documents or expensive instruments are securely placed and thus optimally protected thanks to the foam insert, which is precisely tailored to the case. Two processes are used for the individual foam insert. The foam inserts are produced in the in-house foam processing department either with a particularly precise water jet cutter or with the help of a high-performance milling machine: with the water jet cutter, even acute angles and unusual dimensions can be easily cut through the entire foam layer. If the incisions only need to reach a certain depth, they are cut with the milling machine.

The bwh case manufactory range also includes foam panels made from pre-cut cube foam. The foam is cut in such a way that individual cubes can be cut out and adapted to the contents. In the case lid, dimpled foam provides the necessary pressure and prevents the contents from slipping.
